As part of SGWASA’s standard public governance and financial oversight process, the SGWASA Finance Committee will convene for upcoming public meetings to review project funding strategies and capital planning priorities.

SGWASA has successfully secured $41 million in grant funding, with an additional $83.5 million in applications under review for current projects. The Authority is taking a proactive approach in pursuing external funding to reduce ratepayer impact and advance system improvements.

The SGWASA Finance Committee held discussions on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Butner Town Hall. The meeting, chaired by Town of Butner Councilperson Vicky Daniels, brought together Finance Committee members, SGWASA leadership, and supporting staff to review critical funding, debt, and project finance matters.

The South Granville Water and Sewer Authority Finance Committee will convene for a scheduled public meeting on Friday, September 5th, at 9:00 AM. The session will take place at Butner Town Hall, in the Town Council Room at 415 Central Avenue, Butner, NC.
