Butner, NC. April 23, 2026 - The South Granville Water and Sewer Authority welcomes the community to view the April 14, 2026 Board of Directors meeting session and remain engaged with the work shaping the future of regional utility service.
The meeting opened with regular governance items and the oath of office for returning Board member Commissioner Archer Wilkins, Mayor Pro-Tem, who was appointed by the City of Creedmoor to fill its seat on the SGWASA Board.
The meeting focused on long-range planning, budget preparations, public accountability, and operational readiness. Among the key topics was the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget. The presented budget is a balanced plan that maintains existing customer rates while supporting essential operations, long-term asset stewardship, and regulatory readiness.
