The South Granville Water & Sewer Authority (SGWASA) Board approved several Capital Improvement Projects and secured funding to proceed with initiatives upgrading the Granville County water and sewer infrastructure system.

Each planned project and project in motion will provide solution to historic concerns with the aging system. Our team, contracted engineers, environmental specialist, governing agencies, and Board have made the forthcoming upgrades possible that will ensure a sustainable system for the future.

Get Involved: If you would like to receive instant updates as they unfold, the Authority encourages attending the monthly public Board meetings, held on the second Tuesday of each month in the Butner Town Hall Council Room.

 

Your voice matters. SGWASA values your input and encourages you to share your feedback through the appropriate channels. We offer various ways to connect:

Water quality concerns: Report any issues you experience with your water via the Water Quality Questionnaire.

Public comments: Register to speak directly to the Board at our meetings.

 

We take all concerns seriously. Each report is documented and addressed promptly. If needed, you can request a visit from a qualified SGWASA technician or official to investigate the issue further.
