The Welcome Center is open between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

Payments received by 3:00 pm on cutoff day will be reconnected the same day. Payments received after 3:00pm on cutoff day will be reconnected the next business day.

Payments must be received by 5:00 pm to avoid late or non-payment fees.

Most billing questions, closing of an account, and other functions can be done via telephone or email. If you need help with remote bill payments or customer service, please contact us weekdays from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm at 919-575-3367 or via email at customerservice@sgwasa.org.
