Payment

SGWASA's customer portal houses all utility account information. Creating a profile provides important access to account details, utility usage information, and payment data for customer account(s).

A convenience fee is charged to process all credit and debit card payments. Customers can avoid paying the additional fee by selecting one of the following payment options:

Option 1:

Phone (Automated)

Pay by phone with your account number and preferred payment method.

Option 2:

Bank Bill Pay (Online)

Pay electronically using your bank's online bill payment option.

Option 3:

SGWASA's Welcome Center

Visit SGWASA's Welcome Center located at 415 Central Avenue, Suite B in Butner, NC from 9 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday to make payment by cash, check, cashier's check, credit card, or debit card.

Option 4:

Drop Box

Customers may submit payment by check in the drop box located in the SGWASA parking lot. Enclose the payment in an envelope labeled the customer's name and service address.

Option 5:

Bank Draft

Complete the required authorization form (linked here) to preauthorized debits directly from your bank account.

Option 6:

Postal Mail

Check payments can be submitted via postal mail to SGWASA at 415 Central Avenue in Butner, NC 27509.

Option 7:

Pay By Text Message

Log in and select “Enroll in Text to Pay” box from the account homepage.

*SGWASA uses a third-party vendor to provide the online bill pay service to customers. The third-party vendor charges a convenience fee for each credit and debit card transaction. SGWASA does not determine the percentage-based convenience fee and does not receive any portion of the fee.
