Payment
SGWASA's customer portal houses all utility account information. Creating a profile provides important access to account details, utility usage information, and payment data for customer account(s).

A convenience fee is charged to process online bill payments. Customers can avoid paying the additional fee by selecting one of the following payment options:
Option 1:
Bank Bill Pay (Online)
Pay electronically using your bank's online bill payment option.
Option 2:
SGWASA's Welcome Center
Visit SGWASA's Welcome Center located at 415 Central Avenue, Suite B in Butner, NC from 9 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday to make payment by cash, check, cashier's check, credit card, or debit card.
Option 3:
Drop Box
Customers may submit payment by check in the drop box located in the SGWASA parking lot. Enclose the payment in an envelope labeled the customer's name and service address.
Option 4:
Bank Draft
Complete the required authorization form (linked here) to preauthorized debits directly from your bank account.
Option 5:
Postal Mail
Check payments can be submitted via postal mail to SGWASA at 415 Central Avenue in Butner, NC 27509.
*SGWASA uses a third-party vendor to provide the online bill pay service to customers. The third-party vendor charges a convenience fee for each bill pay transaction. SGWASA does not determine the percentage-based convenience fee and does not receive any portion of the fee. For several years now, SGWASA has paid the convenience fees for all customers who use the optional online bill payment feature.
Portal Setup Notes:

When keying in your Service Address, type in the first 3 characters of the Address, and the print will turn green letting you know it can search on the limited criteria.
