Butner, NC. August 5, 2025 – The South Granville Water and Sewer Authority hosted the scheduled bid opening for the SGWASA Water Treatment Plant Filter Media Replacement Project.
One bid was submitted for consideration. SGWASA, in partnership with engineering firm Hazen and Sawyer, is now conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the bid package and all associated documentation.
This project is a key initiative in SGWASA’s ongoing efforts to enhance water quality and strengthen infrastructure resilience for the community.
Recommendation information is anticipated from Hazen on Friday, August 8, 2025.
