Butner, NC. July 9, 2026 - SGWASA is seeking a skilled and service-focused professional to serve as its next Billing Customer Service Supervisor.
This leadership position plays a central role in daily customer service and billing operations, with responsibility for supporting accurate utility billing, timely collections, effective account management, and a positive customer experience.
The position also supervises front line employees, resolves complex customer account matters, strengthens internal processes, and supports the use of technology and data to improve operational efficiency.
Candidates should have education or experience in accounting, business administration, office technology, utility billing, customer service, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
