Managing utility bills just became more convenient for SGWASA customers. With the launch of the new Text-to-Pay feature, paying your bill is now as simple as sending a quick text message.
Whether you prefer enrolling by phone or through the bill pay website, the process is designed to be seamless, secure, and efficient.
Select an Enrollment Option Below in the Text-to-Pay Program
Enroll by Phone
Call 1 (833) 510-6338
Press Option #4
Follow the prompts and provide your account number, cell phone number, and debit or credit card information
Enroll Online
Visit SGWASA’s Payment Portal
In the top right-hand corner, click Sign In / Register
Once logged in, select the “Enroll in Text to Pay” box on your homepage
Complete enrollment, then confirm through the verification text message



After enrollment, you will receive a verification text message as confirmation.

A text message notification will be sent each time a new balance is posted to your account. Simply reply “Pay” to that message, and your bill will be processed using the card you provided.
To make adjustments, log in and update your Text-to-Pay settings.
To opt out, reply “Stop” to any Text-to-Pay message.
This new feature offers customers the option to pay in seconds with a simple text reply. Submit secure payments with the debit or credit card you submitted during enrollment. Get notified as soon as your balance is posted with convenient reminders sent via text.
Customers can update or cancel enrollment at any time. SGWASA is committed to making bill payments more accessible and stress-free.
