Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Budget-Late Payment Fee and Non-Payment Fees Increased

Butner, NC - The South Granville Water and Sewer Authority Board of Directors adopted the Fiscal Year 2026–2027 Budget at the May 2026 Board of Directors meeting, establishing SGWASA’s operating framework for July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The adopted budget maintains existing customer water and sewer rates.
Late Fees and Non-Payment Fees Increase
The minimum late payment fee will increase from $10 to $15 and the minimum non-payment fee will increase from $75 to $100 effective 07/01/2026.
Please note: This also applies to bills dated 06/20/2026 if not paid before
5:00 pm on 07/05/2026.
SGWASA encourages customers to utilized eBilling and other online account access features by selecting “Pay My Bill” from the header of the official SGWASA website (sgwasa.org).
