Launching with the April 20th SGWASA bill, the Authority is transitioning to an enhanced billing platform to better serve our customers. The new system offers improved account access and payment features. This system upgrade project is being implemented in partnership with Tyler Technologies, a leading provider of utility billing solutions.

Customers receiving paper statements were recently mailed introductory information about the new system, including a list of commonly asked questions. The redesigned platform will be available with the April 20 billing cycle, offering a streamlined user experience  and improved account management tools. Once your bill is received, you may access the new customer portal via the “Pay My Bill” icon located on the SGWASA homepage header.

Preparing for the Transition - A Two-Step Process

Step 1: Account Number

Upon receiving your April 20th utility bill, please take note of your new SGWASA account number. You will need your new account number, if you choose to create an account.

Step 2: Check Your Last Bill

To create a new account, you will need to know the amount of your last payment.

Ongoing updates, support materials, and instructional videos will be made available at sgwasa.org/bill on April 15th (updates made regularly). Should you require assistance locating this information, our customer support team is available at customerservice@sgwasa.org.

Several convenient payment options allow you to avoid the 3.70% processing fee applied by third-party credit card merchants for any debit or credit card payment using the site or in person. By choosing one of the following alternatives, you can enjoy a seamless, fee-free payment experience:

  • Bank Draft (Auto-Draft): Automatic drafts directly from your bank account

  • Check Payments: Submit your payment by check in person, by mail, or through our secure dropbox.

  • Cash or Cashier’s Check: Accepted in the SGWASA Welcome Center during regular business hours.

  • Bank Bill Pay: Use your financial institution’s online bill pay service to send payments directly

We appreciate your continued partnership and are happy to provide flexible options that make managing your account easier and more cost-effective.
