Utility Information Event - October 21, 2026
Butner, NC - The South Granville Water & Sewer Authority will host SGWASA Connect: Community Information Expo on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 5:00–7:30 PM at Butner Town Hall, 415 Central Avenue in Butner.
The event is designed to offer customers and community members direct access to information about SGWASA’s water and wastewater systems, infrastructure improvements, water-quality initiatives, treatment processes and ongoing construction projects.
Attendees will be able to review project information, learn how current improvements support long-term system reliability, view water quality progress, and speak directly with SGWASA team members, engineers and project partners involved in planning, operations and construction.
SGWASA Connect will also feature 15-minute, one-on-one Customer Service appointments for active SGWASA customers seeking individualized assistance with billing, online account access, payment options, water usage, meter information, alerts and other account-related questions.
Customer Service appointments may be requested through October 15, 2026, at sgwasa.org/connect. An appointment is not required to attend the event or participate in the informational portions of the evening.
SGWASA Connect is intended to make utility information more accessible by bringing project updates, technical information and customer support together in one location.
