Butner, NC - SGWASA’s telecommunications service provider is conducting emergency system maintenance that may temporarily affect automated call routing. During this work, some callers may experience incorrect routing or find that certain menu selections are unavailable.
SGWASA recognizes the importance of reliable and timely access to Customer Service. While the provider works to restore normal operations, customers requiring assistance are asked to email customerservice@sgwasa.org.
During system maintenance, certain automated menu selections may be temporarily unavailable. To reach a specific department or team member, press 9 to access the SGWASA directory, then enter the appropriate extension.
