Butner, NC. March 20, 2026 - SGWASA is providing the following update to help keep customers, stakeholders, and the public informed of activity taking place across the organization.
As part of the I-85 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project, Park Construction will receive one truckload of pipe on Saturday, March 21, on 20th Street in Butner, NC. No road closure or traffic impacts are anticipated. Motorists are encouraged to use caution when traveling through the area as crews safely manage material delivery operations.
In addition, the March Board of Directors Meeting video and agenda materials are now available for review at sgwasa.org/archive. The archived meeting materials provide information regarding projects in motion,
finance updates, and other organizational matters important to SGWASA operations and public service.

Looking ahead, the FY 2026–2027 Proposed Budget Public Hearing will be held during the April Board of Directors Meeting on April 14, 2026, at 6:00 pm, at Butner Town Hall. Members of the public are welcome to attend and submit comments.
