Butner, NC. December 4, 2025 - SGWASA is closely monitoring the approaching winter storm and preparing for potential impacts on our operations. Customer and staff safety remains a top priority. Due to the forecast of inclement weather, our offices, including the Welcome Center, will open at 11:00 am on Friday, December 5, 2025. Stay tuned for updates.

Customers may continue to make payments online at any time through our secure billing porta. Please be advised that December 5th is the final day to pay late fees in order to avoid additional penalties.
Please pay close attention to weather alerts and advisories issued by the National Weather Service (NWS).

Prevent Frozen Pipes:Â Let a trickle of water run from faucets to prevent pipes from freezing. Insulate exposed pipes in unheated areas like basements or crawl spaces.
