Winter weather can create tangible challenges. Taking proactive steps like disconnecting outdoor hoses, protecting exposed plumbing, maintaining heat, and letting a faucet drip can help prevent frozen pipes and reduce the likelihood of damage during the storm.

The South Granville Water and Sewer Authority will operate on a delayed schedule due to forecasted winter weather conditions. On Tuesday, December 11th, the Welcome Center will open at 11:30 am. This adjustment is being made out of an abundance of caution for both customers and staff as snow and potentially hazardous travel conditions are expected in the area.

SGWASA is closely monitoring the approaching winter storm and preparing for potential impacts on our operations. Customer and staff safety remains a top priority. Due to the forecast of inclement weather, our offices, including the Welcome Center, will open at 11:00 am on Friday, December 5, 2025.
