October 2025 Board Meeting

SGWASA has successfully secured $41 million in grant funding, with an additional $83.5 million in applications under review for current projects. The Authority is taking a proactive approach in pursuing external funding to reduce ratepayer impact and advance system improvements.

A key highlight of the October 2025 Board of Directors meeting was the approval of a construction contract with Park Construction Company for the I-85 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project.

The session highlighted continued focus on infrastructure resilience, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship.
