I-85 SSI Project - Planned Evening Coating Work in East Middleton Area

Butner, NC - Haren Construction is scheduled to perform coating work on wastewater manholes in the East Middleton area tonight and tomorrow night. This work is part of ongoing improvements and supports the long-term protection, durability, and performance of wastewater infrastructure serving the area.
Work is expected to begin at 6:00 pm this evening and continue until approximately 10:00 pm. Crews may remain onsite during the entire scheduled work period, but construction equipment noise is expected to end by 9:00 pm, in accordance with the Town of Butner’s sound ordinance.
SGWASA understands that evening construction activity may be noticeable to nearby residents and appreciates the community’s understanding, as this infrastructure upgrade work continues.
The I-85 SSI Project remains focused on strengthening wastewater system reliability, improving long-term service capacity, and supporting essential public infrastructure in the South Granville service area.
