Butner, NC - The South Granville Water & Sewer Authority joins water professionals and communities across the nation in recognizing Drinking Water Week. The organization provides dependable water and sewer services with a focus on public health, environmental stewardship, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and responsible long-term planning.
Each glass of water represents a coordinated process that includes source water protection, treatment, testing, infrastructure maintenance, system monitoring, customer service, and the dedicated work of trained professionals across the organization.
Water Treatment Process Details
SGWASA invites customers to check back daily for a closer look at the process and essential infrastructure involved in delivering safe, reliable drinking water to the community each day.
From Lake Holt monitoring to plant treatment operations, like water quality checks, regulatory reporting, infrastructure investment, and customer education, each part of the process plays an important role in serving the Granville County community.
