Butner, NC. February 6, 2026 - Despite winter conditions, crews continue advancing foundational work, vault and mechanical coordination, and safe excavation activities that support the next phases of construction.
Crews focused on placing bedding stone to support stable underground installation, continuing lift station site work at East Middleton, and advancing electrical conduit routing within the Joe Peed valve and electrical building foundation.
