South Granville Water & Sewer Authority will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Normal business operations will resume on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 during normal business hours.
We invite residents to participate in the community events being held throughout Granville County to honor the legacy of Dr. King. Several are listed below.
Annual MLK Day Breakfast
Join the community for the City’s 4th Annual Dr. MLK Day Breakfast on Monday, January 19, 2026, from 8:30 am to 11:00 am.
Shifting from Dreams to Vision
The Oxford–Granville MLK Celebration Program will be held at 4:00 PM at First Baptist Church, 320 Granville Street in Oxford on January 19th.
