The South Granville Water & Sewer Authority is partnering with Vanguard Utility Service Inc. to complete a systemwide meter replacement initiative within the City of Creedmoor. This multi-phase project is expected to take approximately eight months and will replace older-style water meters at eligible service locations. The project is scheduled to begin January 20th – 23rd , daily during the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Ferbow Street in Creedmoor, NC.

South Granville Water & Sewer Authority will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Normal business operations will resume on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 during normal business hours. We invite residents to participate in the community events being held throughout Granville County to honor the legacy of Dr. King. Several are listed below.
