Adjusted Business Hours

Butner, NC. December 8, 2025 - The South Granville Water and Sewer Authority will operate on a delayed schedule due to forecasted winter weather conditions. On Tuesday, December 9th, the Welcome Center will open at 11:30 am with a closing time of 5:00 pm.

This adjustment is being made out of an abundance of caution for both customers and staff as snow and potentially hazardous travel conditions are expected in the area.

While the administrative office opening is delayed, SGWASA’s commitment to maintaining safe and reliable water and sewer service remains unchanged. Customers needing to report a water or sewer emergency during this period should visit: sgwasa.org/emergency
