Butner, NC. May 14, 2025 - As part of our ongoing commitment to improving service and enhancing operational efficiency, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our financial processing systems this evening.
The Tyler Technologies system maintenance process will begin at approximately 5:00 PM today, Wednesday, May 14, 2025. The update will last for an approximate 2-3 hours. The customer payment portal will be temporarily unavailable during this time.
This maintenance, conducted in partnership with Tyler Technologies, represents an important step in adding a new level of organizational efficiency to our financial operations. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to better serve you.
Normal access to the payment portal will resume as soon as the maintenance is complete. We will provide updates if the timeline changes.
