Due to the impact of winter weather, SGWASA will operate with an adjusted schedule on Monday, February 2, 2026. The schedule is outlined below:

11:00 am to 4:00 pm

Customer Service & Billing

11:30 am to 3:30 pm

Welcome Center Open

12:00 pm to 3:00 pm

If you experience a water or sewer emergency, SGWASA utility crews are available to support customers as conditions allow. Winter weather and roadway conditions may affect response times, and teams will respond as safely as possible. Emergency reporting information is available at sgwasa.org/emergency.
