At SGWASA, we care deeply about the confidence of our customers in SGWASA services. Our regular maintenance plan is positioned to support residents with backflow prevention, a measure that helps keep water moving in the right direction throughout your home.

Water quality testing samples will be collected following the completion of the repairs. The water quality tests are performed to affirm the quality of the drinking water in the affected area.  The tests require a minimum of 24 hours for processing to receive accurate results.  Test results will be made available to SGWASA customers upon receipt.
