Water Main Break - East C Street
Update 2:27PM : Repairs to the water main near East C Street and 20th Street have been completed using a 12-inch wraparound repair clamp. Water service remained available throughout the repair, and customers did not experience an interruption. _______________ Butner, NC - Utility crews are responding to a water main break near the intersection of East C Street and 20th Street. Crews are assessing the break and the steps required to complete the repair.
A water service interruption has not been confirmed at this time. If crews must temporarily shut off the water main to safely complete the repair, the interruption will be limited to customers on East C Street between 20th Street and 22nd Street. Customers outside this immediate area are not expected to experience a service interruption related to this break.
