Update 12:51 PM: Water service has been restored for impacted customers within the West F Street repair area.
Utility crews are responding to a water main break reported near the intersection of 14th Street and F Street in Butner, NC. Repair teams are on site working to isolate the line and complete repairs as safely as possible.
Customers in the immediate area may experience low to no water pressure and, if isolation is required, a temporary service interruption while repairs are completed.
