Butner, NC. May 19, 2025 - At the May 13, 2025 Board Meeting, the South Granville Water & Sewer Authority Board of Directors formally recognized National Public Works Week, an annual observance that honors the essential services public works professionals provide to communities across the nation.


This year's theme, “People, Purpose, Presence,” highlights the dedication and impact of those who maintain Granville County's infrastructure and operations. At SGWASA, our teams work to ensure reliable water and sewer services to support the residents of Granville County. National Public Works Week is a meaningful opportunity to learn more about SGWASA and other public works agencies, and their role in supporting public health and the well being of our community.
