Tyler Technologies Transition Updates

Butner, NC. April 17, 2025 - As SGWASA continues its transition to the new Tyler Technologies billing system, we are pleased to share the latest updates aimed at enhancing your overall service experience. Cashiering services at our Welcome Center are now fully operating through the Tyler platform. Please note that credit card payments are now subject to a standard processing fee.

Please Note: A 3.70% processing fee will be assessed on all credit and debit card transactions, including those made at the Welcome Center, with the new billing system upgrade. This fee is charged by the merchant service provider and is not collected or retained by SGWASA.


Mailing Update: Utility bills with updated account details will be mailed on Monday, April 21st, 2025.


Customer Portal Launch: The new SGWASA customer portal will go live with the April bill mailing schedule, offering improved access to account information and digital payment options.



Legacy Portal Retirement: The current Harris customer portal will be retired on Wednesday, April 23rd, at 3:00 PM. We encourage you to download any historical account information in advance of the software transition window closing.


If your account is subject to service interruption due to non-payment, please remember to make a payment by Monday, April 21st, at 5:00 PM to avoid disruption on Tuesday, April 22nd.
