The following is offered to SGWASA customers as information only. There are no confirmed problems with the drinking water quality in this subject area.
Butner, NC. August 1, 2026 — Due to emergency water main repair work performed by SGWASA utility crews on July 31, 2026, on North Main Street in Creedmoor, NC, affected water customers experienced a temporary loss of pressure within the water distribution system.
Based on the laboratory analysis of the water samples collected by SGWASA following the water main break repairs, customers are hereby notified that the System Pressure Advisory is no longer in effect.
