Rain Temporarily Delays CP-1 Field Work

Rain has halted active construction for the day across the I-85 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project.

Under CP-1, Haren crews are continuing interior work at the Joe Peed Pump Station, including HVAC and electrical activities.

Under CP-2, Young Construction has a limited crew maintaining the excavation sump pit.

Rain conditions are affecting I-85 SSI Project construction activity. Crews are currently waiting for conditions to improve and may resume work later this afternoon, if site conditions allow.
