Park crews are placing 36-inch fiberglass-reinforced pipe (FRP) on Railroad Avenue. Young Construction is advancing microtunnel operations.

Carolina Drilling is scheduled to conduct two controlled blasts today on Railroad Avenue, with one planned for 10:00 AM and another planned for 1:00 PM.
