Norfolk Southern Bore Connection Moves Forward as C Street Blasting Resumes

CP-1 Updates
Haren continues work at the Joe Peed lift station. Along Joe Peed Road, JF Wilkerson is advancing sewer line installation, while Autry is installing sewer force main.

CP-2 Updates
Park Construction will work to connect the Norfolk Southern bore pipe to the previously installed pipeline section between STA. 118+50 and STA. 115+50.

Blasting resumes on C Street today. Carolina Drilling is scheduled to conduct one controlled blast at 1:00 PM.

Young Construction will begin breaking down the boring machine. Crews are expected to remove remaining equipment and material and backfill the excavation this week.
