Rainfall May Affect Construction Activities

CP-1 and CP-2 contractors are planning to continue work today. Following approximately 1.5 inches of rainfall over the weekend, construction activities may be adjusted based on ground conditions and additional showers expected throughout the day.

CP-1 Updates
Haren continues pipe installation at the Joe Peed site.

JF Wilkerson continues sewer line work along Joe Peed Road as site conditions allow.

Autry continues force main work at the East Lyon Station Road crossing as site conditions allow.

CP-2 Updates
Park crews continue installation of the 36-inch fiberglass-reinforced pipe (FRP) on A Street across Central Avenue as site conditions allow.

Detour Sign Update
A northbound detour sign located just south of Highway 56 was damaged over the weekend. Park Construction crews are working to replace the sign.

Customers and motorists are encouraged to remain attentive to posted traffic guidance and use additional caution near active construction areas.
