ARP/CSLFRF Record Retention Policy

The South Granville Water and Sewer Authority (SGWASA) maintains a Record Retention Policy governing the preservation, security, and accessibility of financial and programmatic records associated with American Rescue Plan (ARP) Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (CSLFRF).

The policy establishes record retention requirements, departmental responsibilities, and procedures for maintaining documentation in compliance with U.S. Department of the Treasury guidelines. Covered records are generally retained for a minimum of five years following the expenditure or return of applicable funds, subject to additional requirements outlined in the policy.
