Brame’s Crossing Phase II is a planned extension project intended to expand utility availability in Creedmoor through the orderly extension of SGWASA water and sewer service. Following Board authorization in December 2025, SGWASA will move through coordination, design and permitting as applicable, and implementation steps needed to deliver reliable service while protecting system integrity and long-term sustainability.

This project supports SGWASA’s mission to provide safe, reliable water and wastewater service by:

- Extending public infrastructure to serve growth in a controlled, engineered manner

- Promoting consistent construction standards, inspection, and asset documentation

- Supporting dependable fire protection and system reliability where public water is extended

SGWASA will publish key milestone dates once contracts, permits, and coordination requirements are finalized.
