Joe Peed Pipe Installation, West Middleton Restoration, and CP-2 Launch Pit Work

Construction Package 1 (CP-1)
At the Joe Peed Road site, Haren Construction crews will continue pipe installation activities. JF Wilkerson crews are not scheduled to be onsite today. Autry crews will continue landscape work along West Middleton Drive.

Construction Package 2 (CP-2)
Park Construction crews will continue installing the 36-inch fiberglass reinforced pipe at the launch pit. Crews are also scheduled to complete installation of the temporary access road at the receiving pit outfall.

Carolina Drilling crews are scheduled to conduct one controlled blast today at approximately 11:00 AM. This activity is contingent upon Enbridge completing the temporary abandonment of the Hanes Geo service line, which is scheduled for approximately 9:00 AM.

Update: Enbridge was onsite completing temporary service line abandonment needed to support today’s controlled blasting activity.

As a result, the scheduled controlled blast within Construction Package 2 was adjusted from 11:00 AM to approximately 12:30 PM today.
