Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at 1:00 pm on July 10th, 2025 in the Camp Butner Meeting Room within the Butner Town Hall Building (415 Central Avenue in Butner, NC). 


A site tour of the WTP will follow the initial conference. The pre-bid meeting presentation will also be available virtually. Bidders may email SGWASA@hazenandsawyer.com to request a calendar invite for the virtual option.
