Avoid Service Interruption

Customers whose accounts enter non-payment status should be aware of the following deadlines:

 

  • Payments must be received by the due date printed on the bill to avoid non-payment fees.

​​

  • If service has been interrupted due to non-payment, payment must be received by 3:00 PM for same-day restoration.

​​

  • Payments received after 3:00 PM will be restored on the following business day.

​​

Planning ahead and submitting payment before the due date remains the best way to avoid additional fees and service interruption.
