Public Comment Procedures
The South Granville Water and Sewer Authority's Request to Speak form is a vital tool for community engagement in the decision-making process of the South Granville Water and Sewer Authority. To submit public comments without addressing the Board during the meeting, provide a legible document with contact information and topic to the Board Secretary by 3:00 pm on the day of the meeting. The comments will be attached to the meeting minutes. To present comments during the meeting, arrive by 5:45 pm and complete the Public Comments Sign Up Card found inside the meeting room door. The Board Chairman will call upon those who submitted comments prior to the meeting start time.
