Welcome to the South Granville Water and Sewer Authority, we're glad you're here! Please find below the necessary applications for new service connections. Applications for new service by appointment only.

  • If you are moving into our service area and need to establish a new service account, then please contact our office at 919-575-3367 or via email at customerservice@sgwasa.org for details and to schedule an appointment to come into our office to establish service.
    •  Applications can also be processed via our drop box, without an in-person visit to our lobby. To do so, please use the Notarized forms shown below. Skip the line and expedite the notary process with a verified e-notary vendor. SGWASA Customers may utilize the e-notary vendor of choice. 
  • Some applications for Service may be processed without the need of an in-office visit.
  • When applying for new utility services, please know that you can apply in person via appointment only, or via email.
