Customer Portal Set Up

Welcome Utility Customers:

For your convenience, SGWASA now provides an enhanced customer service portal where you can create a customer profile to view usage, billing, and payment history for your account(s).  Additionally, you will have the ability to view or print a copy of current or past bills and make online bill payments.

There is no fee to use the customer profile portal; however, a convenience fee is charged for online bill payments. Customers paying bills online (whether thru their profile or using QuickPay) are assessed a percentage-based convenience fee.  This fee is assessed by the online payment provider. SGWASA does not determine the fee and does not receive any portion of the fee. The fee will be clearly disclosed on your payment screen at which time you may cancel or proceed with your payment.

Customers are encouraged to create a customer profile even if they do not use online pay options!   Creating a profile allows you to view your account activity, go paperless, and get notifications.  There is no fee for using the customer profile portal.  Fees only apply to online payments.
