Joe Peed, Middleton Drive, and Interstate 85 Bore Work Continues

Haren Construction crews will continue pipe installation at the Joe Peed site. JFW crews will continue installation of the 16-inch force main along East Middleton Drive. Autry crews will continue pipe installation on West Middleton Drive.

Park Construction crews will continue laying 36-inch fiberglass reinforced polymer pipe from the receiving pit toward Will Suitt Road. Carolina Drilling crews are scheduled to conduct one controlled blast today at the Interstate 85 bore pit at 12:00 p.m.

Traffic Impacts
Crews remain on schedule for the planned closure of Will Suitt Road beginning Monday, April 27, at 8:30 am.

Saturday construction work is scheduled at the new Joe Peed Lift Station site from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Crews have requested weekend work in order to complete truss installation on the Joe Peed valve and electrical building ahead of roofing activity scheduled for Monday.
