Microtunnel Pipe Threading Begins as Railroad Avenue and A Street Work Continues

CP-1 Updates
Haren is maintaining progress at the Joe Peed lift station.

Along Joe Peed Road, JF Wilkerson is moving sewer line installation forward while Autry continues sewer force main work.

CP-2 Updates
Park Construction is continuing preparation of the remaining section of A Street for paving.

Crews are also advancing pipe installation on Railroad Avenue downstream of the Norfolk Southern Railroad bore receiving pit. On C Street, Park will excavate a gas line air gap to support upcoming construction activities.

Carolina Drilling is scheduled to conduct one controlled blast today at 1:00 PM. Young Construction will begin threading pipe through the microtunnel.
