SGWASA completed repairs related to the Wilton fire hydrant incident and restored water tower levels. Water pressure levels have been restored for customers impacted by the fire hydrant incident.

A motorist has struck a fire hydrant, causing damage to the hydrant. As a result of the impact, the Wilton Water Tower has been drained, and supply valves have been temporarily shut off. This disruption has led to no water pressure and service interruption at Tar River and Wilton Elementary Schools.
