Please be advised that blasting and construction activities may cause noise near the project area. Other work may begin as early as 7:00 AM and end at 10:00 PM, while jack-and-bore tunneling near the Norfolk Southern railroad crossing will continue 24 hours a day until complete. Nearby customers may hear tunneling noise overnight. Deliveries, blasting and excavation may also affect traffic on multiple streets within the construction area.

A temporary detour is planned for WB Clark Road during next week's road crossing, while full closures are anticipated on 8th Street, C Street, and A Street as applicable to active construction.
