You are invited to attend SGWASA Connect, an information session on water, wastewater, and utility services. This drop-in community information event offers project updates, water quality details, and opportunities for direct conversations with SGWASA team members, project partners, and contractors.
Explore educational media and interactive project displays covering major infrastructure and water quality initiatives, including PFAS mitigation efforts, Lead and Copper Rule Revisions, Filter Media Removal Project details, I-85 SSI Project information, highlighting completed and ongoing projects. Plan to visit the information theater to learn about SGWASA’s history, operations, billing practices, and the full path from source water to customer service.
Customers will have the opportunity to register for individualized account support, including help with billing questions, online payment tools, and general account assistance.
