Public Hearing - SGWASA’s Draft System Development Fee

Notice of Public Hearing Regarding Adoption of South Granville Water and Sewer Authority’s Draft System Development Fee Report

In accordance with NCGS 162A-8: System Development Fees, public water supply systems are required to update their System Development Fee analysis at least every five years. The South Granville Water and Sewer Authority (SGWASA) adopted its previous analysis in 2018 and therefore addressed this requirement for an updated analysis beginning in 2023. Prior to the Adoption of the Draft System Development Fee Analysis Report, the South Granville Water and Sewer Authority shall hold a Public Hearing to allow persons to be heard.

The SGWASA Board of Directors will hold the required Public Hearing during the regular Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. The meeting will start at 6:00 pm and is located at the Butner Town Hall Council Room, 415 Central Avenue in Butner, NC 27509.

The Draft System Development Fee Analysis Report was submitted to the SGWASA Board of Directors at their May 14, 2024th meeting. A copy is available for public inspection on the SGWASA website at www.sgwasa.org or it may be obtained from the Board Secretary (weekdays between 8:30 am-4:30 pm) at 415 Central Avenue, Suite B, Butner, NC.
