Communication

In collaboration with the engineering firm Hazen and Sawyer, SGWASA is committed to keeping you informed throughout the Lead & Copper Rule Revision [LCRR] project.

You will receive project updates through a joint partnership between SGWASA and Hazen and Sawyer. These updates will be delivered via bill inserts, social media channels, email alerts, sms alerts, door hangers, and website updates.


Residents may also expect to receive supplementary information from directly Hazen and Sawyer. All official communication will clearly identify both SGWASA and Hazen and Sawyer, including logos and official contact information. We will not ask for any highly sensitive, or payment information in connection with this project.​
